Ice and Fire is a ramped up version of our original Muscle Balm. This is not for the faint at heart. It brings an immediate icy cooling effect followed by a deep penetrating heat that lasts for hours. It offers relief for pain associated with muscle sprains and strains, joint pain, back pain and pain from acute and chronic conditions. Cayenne, peppermint, eucalyptus, comfrey, rosemary, hemp and olive oil are some of the pain relieving essentials in this balm.
Apply to affected areas 2-3 times a day for up to three weeks. Wash hands thoroughly after application and avoid contact with eyes, open wounds or sensitive areas.
